This site is owned and managed by Lip Sin Florist. Please read the following carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with Lip Sin Florist in the event that you proceed with a purchase. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with a purchase using this site, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

NOTE
Kindly check through your shopping cart and ensure that the item(s), size, quantity , and color are accurate prior to carting them out as we will not be able to change your orders once it has been processed.

PRICES
Prices displayed are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice. Lip Sin Florist may offer options to transact in different currencies.

PRODUCT
*Products colors may differ mainly due to colour calibration of individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
*A difference of 0.5-1.0" between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurement may not be considered as a defect.

PAYMENT
Payment for orders can be made by bank deposit, PayPal or credit card. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.

* At the moment we are still accepting offline payment (ATM TRANSFER). There will be no reservation, kindly whatsapp us at 016-4116374 for time extension and orders will be automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated time frame. Lip Sin Flower Enterprise will not be accountable for the delays caused by insufficient payment details provided. Kindly provide payment receipt once payment made by ATM/Manual banking,we will not entertain any payment without ATM receipt/printscreen. Cancelled orders cannot be reserved and Lip Sin Flower Enterprise will not be held liable if the payment details are not provided for this time frame.
In the event where we're unable to verify payments, Lip Sin Florist would require assistance of the customers to process the order as quickly as we can.

DELIVERY
* We provide same day delivery upon verification if payment. Our pick up service by courier services is carried out during working hours, Monday- Friday at 9:00AM - 6:00PM, excluding weekends and local public holiday (Malaysia). Kindly track your order with the relevant courier service company by using the tracking number which will be provided in your account at Lip Sin Flower Enterprise

Track your parcel at: * Poslaju for Malaysia * DEX for other countries

* Lip Sin Florist is unable to make any amendment or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct address,size and colours have been inputted prior to making payment.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by Lip Sin Florist However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. Lip Sin Florist shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

If for any reason Lip Sin Florist is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, Lip Sin Florist  will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, Lip Sin Florist will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of Lip Sin Florist and there will be no refunds.

RETURN AND REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (wrong item/type/defect/etc), you can send it back to our warehouse. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 30 business days. The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days. If you have purchased any products on Lip Sin Florist, but didn't receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can request to get a full refund from us.
